Bouf, thank you for this. I didn't know that. Again, however, I don't know that the timing of this case was right because of the limited amount of provable losses at this stage. One way to slay the beast is to destroy it economically, which has a ripple effect throughout (the industry) and would be, theoretically, a pretty way to disincentivize other would-be infringers.
