Good point, crbostamerica. What you said makes perfect sense:

Pure speculation but Im just assuming one of two scenarios..typically motion to withdraw counsel either means lawyer or party assumes loss of case or the matter has been resolved behind the scenes and this starts the process to end the case. Either way sounds pretty good to me
