Posts should be factual and current.

Someone brings up past company details...seems logical for anyone trying to figure out and learn about the company.

What "details" are there about the company? Saying that it's going to go higher isn't a detail. Talking about industries that they're no longer in isn't a detail.

The Marleys had connections in the past noone is claiming false information is happening.

You should read the board. A number of people have suggested that the Marleys could buy the company, do a reverse merger, etc. It is not going to happen.

A pinned post trying to clarify what the current company operations are by simply asking a question isnt consider pumping, sorry

That's not what the pinned post is doing. There is an "investment report". The report costs over $3,600, so nobody is going to buy it to see what it says. The summary report gives a lot of buzzwords about coffee, suggesting that JAMN is an "industry leader"; JAMN hasn't made coffee in several years now, so the report is highly suspect.

And yet a link to a press release appears here. Who even heard about this report? Why was it posted here?

This is exactly the type of thing that started with the Lautner Letter - the pump PR that brought JAMN to $6/share. It was hype then and it's hype now.
