Nah, no pump and dump. Not anymore. Too much going on to stoop that low. Although, what we may be seeing today is some of those stock price destroying note conversion shares of common stock being sold, due to the significant rise in price we just had. Nice profit for those stockholders that received 50% discount on their price per shares. Hope it was that, so those shares get into true investor hands.
