* June 3, 2019: Plaintiffs counsel writes "Litigation Funding Agreement between Max Sound and Eli Attia terminated"

* July 12, 2019: Plaintiffs voluntarily dismiss all MAXD's claims.

* Nov 15, 2019: Judge Davila orders MAXD to pay Google $820,000 in attorney's fees

* Dec 2, 2019: Court resolved Trade Secret & Misappropriation claims in Google's favour.

* Feb 11, 2021: Hearing on Google's motion to dismiss Attia's remaining claim (Breach of contract)
