#2772 RE: prototype_101 #2771

You bring up some great points but in my 30 plus years in the market I’ve yet to see a company which was 100% in favor of business ethics. Most or all are corrupt or mis - managed. Think this is bad management? We all were told and knew Poet needed at least $14 million before some revenue of value would start pouring in. I honestly don’t think they are done yet. Besides being totally unprofessional in the way they presented their offering, I feel at least a 1 or 5 or a 1 for 10 R/S is next. With the mis- management they are doing they need a cushion when they test the Naz. Next will be another bigger offering using less shares but diluting us further. They (IMO) will continue to be a share price killer well into the future. Then from now til then you can watch management and their new employees stuff their pockets with cheap warrants on the expense of us ( meaning me) shareholders. What a run LWLG is doing. I hope you didn’t get out to buy more Poet. That always happens to me. Poet will be successful in the future but I’m pushing my high 60s (age wise)and I’m not gonna wait much longer. At these share prices near a $1 I’m well even and may cut down my holdings a bit more. Good Luck with your journey, stay safe and I’ll be in touch, Strik.
