I agree with your timetable. As with the timing of the appeal, they will probably wait until the last day to make their case, whatever that is. Then IVDN has 30 days to respond, so it won't be over until up to the first week in March.
It's really sad in my opinion, how the Corporate giants through their lobbyists, can try to sue out of business a small competitor, who has a product many, many times better than theirs.
Once this is thrown out for good, and IVDN re-establishes itself with the former Big Box chains, they (DuPont, Kimberly Clark etc) face 2 options, selling something that any contractor who uses theirs would be doing construction malpractice to their developers and investors, or trying to be the king of the world, with a house-wrap that has the only R-Value product, and buy IVDN out.
Think if one of them had this Insultex house-wrap with documentation showing proof of performance, and the advertising budgets they have. They would basically have a monopoly on this multi-billion dollar industry. If not, Joe will take a little longer, but there are investors lining up to help finance what needs to be done. As a shareholder I believe this is one of the best deals there is. Instead of investing in companies with drugs in different levels of Phase 1,2,3 testing that may or not be FDA approved, or investing in future energy companies, IVDN has an independently testing proven product, that anyone building a house, hotel, govt. buildings, or skyscraper would demand to use, the most energy savings, and if they cared, environmentally safe product.
