July 28 2020 company sent out a PR about series A stocks they state “ looking to create shareholder value now that the S/S is steady from dilution.. they are going to be buying back shares open market hence the volume.... the stock could be trading in the .05-.25 range if they send us a PR soon before the lawsuit

It’s a perfectly legitimate question, but there is no indication of a buyback. The fact is, they just recently issued new shares, most likely to pay for legal expenses. That looks like a fine investment and is in our best interest. But there is no reason to issue 1s, to buy them back at a multiple, only days later. The market action was driven by bulls and momentum traders. GLTY.
