$HCMC is buying back shares on the open market in anticipation of the $PM lawsuit if they buy back shares retire them they can run the stock up higher so that they can uplist. The company is betting on winning the lawsuit so much that they are willing to buy back all these shares and retire them PR should be out soon so that it really ramps up the PPS

What kind of increase would we see on a share buyback?? Are we talking a few pennies or a few dollars? What other factors can contribute to that hike in price? Just curious....still learning the ropes. Thanks.
