I thought, generally, that would be the effect of a share buy back but, does anyone know how they transpire?
Like, would HCMC announce a buy back, and then the buy back would take place immediately? Or would it be something that occurs more behind the scenes? If they announce a buyback, and then the buyback commences, does it happen all in one fell swoop or does it happen incrementally?
Forgive my inexperience. In this game, knowledge is money and I'm fond of both.
