Not at all...we are all learning obviously including myself.

The general scenario for a shareholder on a buyback is fantastic.

Basically they feel company is undervalued and can buy more shares back at a more attractive price based on what they’ve accumulated. That’s why I think we have something special here...

I’ve been posting for weeks that I’ve never seen so many shares bought....

Typically if the company is buying back shares they will at some point announce it as if they want to remain current in their filings it would be disclosed anyway. BofA has been buying back shares for the past couple of years and announced it right before their quarterly report, that said BofA were buying back shares and then vesting them amongst their employees of a certain seniority within the firm. If I was HCMC and were doing a buyback, I would not announce it until the last minute as the announcement will typically drive the price up.
