Absolutely agree ...put these health insurance companies on notice that they cant violate patent law to line their own pockets .. I have watched them pLay this game for 30 years. WHen I write for a med that is not FDA approved they reject it on that basis - but when I write for one that iS FDA approved they substitute meds that are NOT FDA approved for the indication. They continually play both ways within that logical framework always to their advantage !

Totally get ya but don’t ignore the possibly of an AMRN loss in the case against Health Net. It would be an absolute disaster, especially if HN sees no need to settle.
