It wasn't a JV. SHMP has reported ZERO REVENUE from anything having to do with Hanilu...or anything else, for that matter.

On the other hand, I believe that Hydrenesis booked some revenue from Hanilu, and might even be getting ongoing revenue. Why? Because it was apparently Hydrenesis' "tech" that Hanilu used (and might still be using).

Just like SHMP was paying Hydrenesis $5K per month for Hydrenesis' "tech"...before it was burned down.
