That is nonsense and just another rumor. The only orders that have come out of the case to date are the admission of counsel for both sides, and the extension of the due date for PM to respond to the complaint.

From my understanding there are 3 lawsuits against PM related to different patents on the same device. How do you know that this is related to the HCMC patent lawsuit?

Even if they win, they should have $3 billions in cash to pay back. I don’t think so they can pay back that much rather than go for bankruptcy.
