I may have misspoke as 3bil is how much PM has invested into that particular product. I don't actually think this is a $3b dollar lawsuit. Suppose it depends on how much revenue PM has actually made of this one product of interest!?
Even a third of that at $1b is a ton of capital for HCMC. Enough to absolutely get that PPS up to $3!
