LOL who's going to ask? That and the dilution should be the first questions. Then going current and the acquisition. And they need to answer them.

I'm not suggesting that they would do a reverse split. At the first hint of a R/S, I'm out. It's very rare that a company does an R/S and share holders come out winners. I was in a company called organovo that did a r/s to get listed on one of the bigger exchanges. I got lucky and cashed out on the price spike during the uplist. shortly after, it crashed.
