If they are truly trying to create a real company with transparency and shareholders value. Doing RS would be a huge mistake, and they probably know that. Now retiring shares would help the SP, and move it to a respectable SP. but let’s see what the shareholders call is all about. Personally those answers will be addressed if asked.
