He's been running scams for 20 years and his buddy Rick Houraney (who Dwyer issues most of the .0001's to) has been right there with him. Sad part is, there are about 3 investors who Really think this is real and have ridden this POS shit down from 3 - 6 cents... We haven't heard the last from Dwyer, he always walks away trying to disassociate himself from the current scams before he starts his new ones.
