Everyone has their own ideas and path in life. I built my first house at 22 years old and got into the rental business while working at a full time career. Meanwhile my friends were off having fun. Now the roles are reversed. Can't say I regret my decisions! lol

It really is! You just need to learn the trade, be patient and take the emotion out of the equation.
