Quote from the PR about debt reduction
“Paperwork has already begun in earnest to retire shares and will be submitting next week to the transfer agent for processing. Ultrack Systems management believes the corporate transfer agent will acknowledge this retirement and update the share structure numbers accordingly. The Company is committed to seeing this reduction through to the finish line early in Q1, 2021.”
Just called the TA listed on their website at this number 800-893-9506 and they have no notes or any information on the reduction. Something is fishy for sure, if anything these notes from the PR outline the TA at the least knowing about the reduction by today, the last day of the “next week” referenced.
I’ve emailed the IR contact, emailed them saying “attention Michael Marsbergen,” I’ve emailed the “sales” department and still have yet to hear one word.
Did the same with DoorDash a few weeks back about something and within an hour I had a response from the IR department regarding what I had brought to their attention.
