Great Post and your theory is Spot On !
PPG (billion $ company) is entering a brand new market for them. (Traffic Solutions Business). They acquired Ennis Flint specifically for that reason.
We know already that PMPG is currently in a completed and finalized Joint Venture with NPI Mobile and Patent Portfolio Group. These two companies (aka PMPG) have the Technology and more importantly the Patents to propel the Big Boys to success in this new market. Names like PPG, GM, Tesla, and Microsoft will be entering the same market and needing our Patented Technology. This alone is HUGE for our little PMPG holding company.
Today PPG will announce earnings and will have an open Call for investors tomorrow morning. They will discuss their acquisition with Ennis and profile the new Transportation direction. I believe we will be indirectly related to everything they say. (even though our name will not be mentioned)
Our day will arrive very, very soon.
Probably not till early next week after the dust settles IMO.
