Lol! Well best one doesn’t drive in Tijuana if they thought that was a two way road with a white painted divider!

There is very little traffic where the Billboard is located.

In many parts of Mexico it is dangerous for US citizens to travel - I used to go to Nogales a great deal - now it isn't very safe.

Where I live I will go for a walk at 10pm but I would never do that in Tijuana.

Where the Billboard is located doesn't have much of a population and driving is a challenge so there won't be much looking at a billboard.
