Back than You would have to call ur broker to place a order, then ur broker would have to get to his back room to get filled by one of the trader on the floor. You would read stock prices in the Wall Street Journal. No internet!!! OTC were not allowed to trade in 1000's of a cent back than either. Once the exchange passed the law that MM's can trade in 1000's of a penny that's when it started to get real crazy. Thats the way I remember it.

Thank you! Amen! The constant whining about manipulation is so much worse than any actual manipulation- WAH WAH WAH, we closed at .1385 instead of .14, WAH WAH WAH what are we going to do?? SHEESH- grow a pair (Drog) and have some self-respect already. This isn't in the trips anymore-is a big boys' game now!
