I have held PMPG for several years so I love that they have reformed and finally have somthing going on and I applaud you guys looking into the real estate side of the business and I don't mean to diss you. However, as someone that works in commercial real estate development, if you take the time to review the website portfolio is not all that impressive.
I am sure the players are smart guys and can put deals together but the $$ made on a real estate deal goes to the top tier of investors so I do not expect to see any real increase in stock value from the real estate.
