Is this (granting the board options) an annual event- or does it suggest something may have changed?

Options granted is not derogatory..

Its an option to purchase shares at some point at some price. Pretty standard course for any board. Its part of most executive payment plans.

You got any details? A link. or just an OMG?

Hopefully the details are a year out with a $10 price tag. Then again.. some options just go to waste if they are never exercised.

In the end it don't mean shyte.
