There are no "fund managers" that are going to save SHMP from an R/S. There have been NONE and there will be NONE. That's why GHS is still around.

No "fund manager" would touch SHMP when the SHMP insiders can grab all those common shares at the drop of a hat for themselves. It's all about the Class A shares.
