If SHMP is denied entry into one of the major exchanges 60 million shares issued at 10 cents will be hitting the market on April 15, 2021. Pluss accelerated dilution to fund acquisitions and plant operations will soon overwhelm the 900 million AS. As the OS nears the AS a RS or AS increase will be needed. Unless more conventional funding can be obtained toxic funding will destroy shareholder value in the near future.
If by a miracle SHMP is accepted by the NASDAQ a RS will be needed to meet NASDAQ's minimum closing price for qualification.
