So on VP's motion to stay with, I think crooked Koh is requiring responses by apple (01/27) and then replies by VP (02/03) with a hearing scheduled for 05/20, (thinking the writ of mand will be over by then) which hopefully makes 05/20 vanish like a fart in the wind that koh is.

On the Writ of Mand to CAFC, I think Apple is required to respond in 5 days?

Thanks for posting this as I was questioning if he filed that. He’s definitely on top of the case and being more aggressive.. And Butters you have done a great job explaining questions on the technical part of the patents and I do appreciate all who contribute their time to post filings and dates ( unfortunately sometimes they get pushed back) and everyone’s opinion buy or sell side! Here’s to hoping we are on the right side of a decision soon.
