Someone said the patent case is like a game of chess. Check out Mr. Hudnell's moves.

1) He files a writ of mandamus with the Fed Circuit on Jan 12, 2021

Appeal from the United States District Court for the Northern District of California in Case Nos. 20-CV-02460-LHK, 20-CV-02995-LHK and 20-CV-03092-LHK
United States District Judge Lucy H. Koh
PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS

Dated: January 12, 2021 Respectfully submitted,
By: /s/ Lewis E. Hudnell, III

Lewis E. Hudnell, III
Nicolas S. Gikkas

the writ strips stupid Koh bare naked of all her errors and requests a transfer to Waco. Before AAPL and NDCal can act in response to mandamus, Hudnell files the stay order immediately Wed 01/13 9:06 PM.

2) Butters: "I believe the motion to stay has already been filed by Hudnell

MOTION to Stay filed by Voip-Pal.com, Inc.. Motion Hearing set for 5/20/2021 01:30 PM in San Jose, Courtroom 8, 4th Floor before Judge Lucy H. Koh. Responses due by 1/27/2021. Replies due by 2/3/2021.(Hudnell, Lewis)"

Whose responses are due by 1/27/2021? From AAPL? Is AAPL required to respond to the Fed Circuit separately?

Assuming that the Fed Circuit believes Hudnell's argument about NDCal's Koh errors and lies, are they asking stupid Koh to figure out the case and resolve her errors? Is she caught red-handed doing favors to AAPL?

Hudnell response by 2/3/21 could reveal the scope of the May hearing. Is it time for "social studies" Koh to crash into a tree and wreck her career? Wild guesses!
