BBB, thanks!! When my mother died to whom I was the financial trustee, her trustee escrow shares in the trust, were transferred to her sons who inherited her estate. Is there a 1099 to be filed to get distributions for the inherited escrows? Since we are talking about 10 to 12 years ago and some/many holders of escrow shares have died, I'm sure this an important question for those who have inherited them or will in the future. Again, thanks for your assistance to all affected!
