well Nikola tried and then tried to scam them making up false acquisitions that they themselves are guilty of but the fall out from what Nikola did didn't help zapgo I had something like this happen in another company 10 years ago that I'd invested in it had the proven stuff but another company wanted more from them and made up bogus bs and forced them in to bankruptcy then everything was sold pennies on the dollar what it really was worth and here it is 10 years later and the company that took over and bought up the fire sale is doing super well last I heard... which is the case I see with Zapgo since Nikola screwed them and now CarbonIon took over zapgo assets that is using COUV to go public with it. and using restricted shares they can easily get backing since they've been able to hold on to .30 20 million shares is 6 million dollars unlike other pinksheets that will sell 6 billion shares for $100,000

Quantumscape ($QS) was founded 10 years ago and supposedly has next generation battery technology as well. They just went public themselves less than two months ago and nobody snapped them up before!

Just because a company has amazing technology does not mean they'll automatically be acquired!

I'm 100% confident saying that once COUV commercializes the Zap-Go technology - they will become a prime acquisition target by one of the majors...

Good questions. I'm 95% sure that COUV will never succeed in bringing anything to market. For many reasons, which anyone could ascertain, with a little DD and common sense.

Zapco was a failure, pretty much. No reason to think the new company will improve on that.

Exactly. Viable EV technologies don't fall into the laps of stinky pink company bagholders. Any of the companies in your post could have had the tech for a song in the bankruptcy, but didn't want it, and now it is the subject of a pump and dump.
