...great QS example BBC: no other company merged with.....did a SPAC with...or bought QuantumScape the entire last decade that it had been developing its own new future tech battery. Until this last Fall, and the SPAC it did w NYSE Kensington Capital:

QuantumScape SPAC Merger: 9 Things to Know About EV Battery Play QS Stock
Here's what investors should consider now that the merger with Kensington Capital is complete

“QuantumScape (NYSE:QS) has announced that its special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) merger with Kensington Capital Acquisition is complete. This saw shares of QS stock start trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Friday.”

https://investorplace.com/2020/11/quantumscape-spac-merger-qs-stock-play/

...then, with merge complete and because Wall Street and big money likes new tech battery stocks cause they will be powering the future and future EV car craze taking over eventually most gas and diesel vehicles....weeks after the market cap of the new QS went to lol $50 billion.

i say again, $50 billion.....and their battery doesnt come out until 2024.....and even then Carbon Ions still beats it now.......and COUV/Carbon Ion commercializing this year not have to wait to 2024......and Carbon Ion also was developed for the last 10 years (very similar situations between both companies)....

So exactly… Why didn’t any other company pick up QS say 7 years before…4 years ago.. 2 years ago..for Wall Street now prices and values QS in the tens of billions? .—

—-i don’t know… No one knows…companies fell asleep on QS......

But the fact that it hit a $50 billion market puts guess who, square front and center on the Wall Street radar for a possible massive move that many of us think is coming? That’s right COUV and Carbon Ion....cause this very similar ‘asset and R&D merge’ of QS JUST happened in the Fall.......and COUV/Carbon Ion is the perfect fit in all the public markets to do it again.

In fact its all to me low hanging and Obvious fruit to grab ...any shares under a dollar........especially .40 cents for long.
