That is not uncommon for someone selling the majority control of their company to hang on to some shares. Especially if he knows what is coming down the pipeline ;)

I am a new bag holder of ECMT because I see potential here. A squeaky clean shell that someone just purchased for over 300k. Previous owner held onto over 13 million shares and didn't include that into the purchase agreement? I find that a very positive thing.

I am guessing now it will only be a few months before we know what her plans(New CEO) are for the Shell.
