How did we get this number? Divide the price for the sale of hare with the number of shares available to the market. 320000/20205000 = .0158 (rounded).

.0158 That is way below the PPS in the market now. GLTA bagholding here.

Not to count all the convertible notes still active and hot on page 6 bringing down the PPS on diluted value to just around a .01 or below depending on how they drop them.
