Who will be able to buy you're missing the catch 22 no one IS ALLOWED to BUY in the BIG HOUSES. Who can buy your shares? getting listed back on an exchange well who knows if that will happen.

There is no proof available that any market maker has filed a new Form 211 to FINRA on behalf of PRED, nor has PRED declared that such an action is even taking place.
