buzzard you can still sell the only thing that is happening on the 31st is that the 2 major firms of TD and Schwab are eliminating the ability to buy new shares for all caveat emptor designated securities. So if Pred is able to wiggle out from the greys even after the 31st that exemption will be lifted for purchases and as I stated you can still sell anything you currently have or at least put in an order to sell. !
