So what you’re saying is I can legitimately create get licensed, bonded.... get pinched by SEC, SEC demands from me reason for cause.... and literally nothing is to come of it?... but I convince the SEC, then continue to SCAM they who “agreed” to involve themselves for the “idea”... is this what you’re imposing?

Or could it be buyouts take months if not YEARS....
