She has to exercise the warrants, meaning she has to pay $4.3M in order to get those 15 M shares that were worth $0.15/sh on the open market. It obviously doesnt make sense to buy warrants that are more expensive than the share price.


Barunuuk, the exercise price of the 15.2M warrants is .20 each.

The $5.4M number was the loan value (which NWBO paid the contractually agreed 18%(?) penalty for extending). The $4.3M was the estimated value of the warrants when issued (that was not in the contract terms, just a Christmas present).

It is odd that nobody sees how much better the terms LP gets than the terms others get. She is one hell of a negotiator.
