You’re right, anyone of us could have contacted NWBio and offered to lend them money, and/or gotten warrants. There are several people on this message board who have taken a risk and are holding NWBO warrants.

It is easy for some to stand on the sidelines and complain, without them having anything at risk. They have not bought any NWBO shares, or offered to loan the company any money.
