It's the MMs that short this with naked shares to drop the price to support areas and will make money when they buy them back in the lower channel to cover. These MMs make money off legitimate traders daily and Clay just seems to help these dirty MMs in their quest.
You will also notice that these dirty Mms will stand back and watch the price go up to a certain area, today it was .035 then they started selling air shares all the way down to .0019 earlier and they have had a wall up at .025 to scare off buyers while they are buying all those shares back to cover at a lower price. Eventually, the market has the last word and when the ask slapping returns, the price will move up in a hurry. Anything under .025 is a gift while they last. Having them take this down so much on low volume is also very telling to what they are up to.
