The scientists who developed and reviewed the mRNA vaccines hold the expert opinion they are safe. Expert opinions are as admissible in court as facts. You, on the other hand, on the basis of nothing in particular but your own speculation, disagree. Your opinion would not be considered as evidence in court. Nor should a reasonable person rely on lay medical opinions. While I would happily take the one shot JNJ vaccine if it is as efficacious as the others, I will not wait for it and delay or even risk my level of immunity.
That said, it is unquestionably better to take the JNJ vaccine than go unvaccinated, risking your life and health, and others' as well, and extending the duration of this pandemic.
And yes, the JNJ vaccine will be the game changer for the reasons you gave. Just don't expect people to be given the luxury of choices during this emergency.
