MLR, Yep, OTC Pink rules are different.... I’m sure management will be on top of this, based on how fast management updated the required filings. Here’s my opinion.... I think that since management hired auditors three weeks ahead of the stated date in the PR, that management wants audited filings ahead of the April deadline expressed in the PR. JMHO
