I think you may be right. Looked to me like a standoff between bid/ask with ask not willing to move much. I'm guessing some traders still trying to squeeze some lunch money out before things get too crazy.

I'm still more interested in Q1 results. Everything between now and then is grins and giggles. But I "bieleve" that's when reality will set in for those still watching from the sidelines.
