Almost never do reverse splits end well for share holders. They are viewed by investors as an act of desperation to artificially raise the price per share..............which is exactly what it is.
National legalization isn't going to happen over-night. They would be hard pressed to get it done this year...........and I think we'll be trading North of $1.00 USD by the end of the year without any reverse split shenanigans.
I've been involved in two reverse splits and the result for both was disastrous.
