Maybe someone created a bot that is automatically updates based on criteria...so maybe it's no one updating twitter, and just an outcome of a decision matrix's based on 1's and 0's.
It's funny, cause investors can't even confirm if twitter updates are a real person or a computer, but are using it as proof of activity.
