I guess you don't know how to read a chart? This was sooooo extremely overbought, and the RSI through the ceiling for asoooo long, as newbies and other such uninformed zombies kept it running, thinking the PR, which was delivered as promised, would mention a buyout or merger....when it didn't they panic sold, and set off a trip down Stop Loss Lane, where a Mr. Al Gorithm happily scooped up all the cheaper shares he get a grip on.
