Status check had already been scheduled. Previous notes prove this. They are normally set in 6 mo intervals and they set the official date/ time 1-2 mo in advance. We knew this date back in October.
Most likely its because Lazar sold the shell before custodial was terminated. Lazar cannot sell the shell before the court terminates custodial and grants him rightful ownership.
