You are absolutely right, but the 12/9 minute order augmented what we knew by making it clear that the matter for the status check was set

The fact that the minute order happened on the same date of the sale can't be a coincidence. Prior to that there hadn't been an update to the court register since the order for proof of claims on 11/10, 11/11, and 11/12.
