Yazbeck has been doing everything non-SCAMydx he wants with investor's funds, and using SCAMydx funds for his attorney in the Peatross case. Looks like Yazbeck is attempting to oppose demurrer scheduled for a 1/15/21 hearing.
So yeah, seems shareholders know less about what Yazbeck is doing.
But we have confirmed, Yazbeck is not doing any business for SCAMydx, since he did quit work for the company and is only on the BOD now.
