Lem, MITIGATE has a primary completion date of August 7 2021. It also listed a study completion date in 2023. I am not sure what the big gap between the two dates means.

PFE reported that their vaccine works on all 16 known strains but didn't test it on the SA strain, no patients in the UK had that one. Very light on details, like what exactly did they measure - did they look for antibodies to strains in patients, meaning they got infected but didn't get sick from it? If so, that's not good -- means that these vaccinations only prevent disease, may not prevent you from being infected and infecting someone else. We really need them to stop transmission to get the pandemic under control.
